What each screen shows. The rules for the numbers are in Get started.

Overview

NumberWhat it shows
AI VisibilityThe share of all answers that named you, every engine together, with the count.
Named by engineThe answers that named you, on each engine.
Google clicksFrom Search Console only, for the last 28 days, with the impressions.
Keywords in top 10Your tracked keywords that are in Google's top 10.
Site healthThe pages without audit errors. A clean audit never means that a page is on Google.

The Google numbers appear when your plan includes SEO.

AI visibility

ScreenWhat it shows
OverviewThe share of answers that named you, engine by engine and over time, with your competitors. Switch between Named and Cited your site. An older point on the chart opens the answers of that measurement.
QuestionsEach question on each engine: Named, Not named, Failed, No AI Overview or Not measured.
CompetitorsThe businesses named in your answers, one engine at a time, and the questions where they were named and you were not.
SourcesThe sites the answers cited, by engine, and in how many of those answers you were named.
Site activityWith the plugin connected: pages an AI assistant opened because someone asked, and visits from a link in an AI answer. Crawler visits, such as GPTBot, are listed apart: they are not citations.
Technical checkWhether AI crawlers can reach and read your pages. A readable site is not the same as a site AI names.

On the free plan, Questions, Competitors and Sources are blurred until you upgrade. The summary shows by name the first business named instead of you, and the competitors you entered in Business context, marked Tracked.

SEO

These screens appear when your plan includes SEO.

ScreenWhat it shows
OverviewClicks and impressions from Search Console and Bing, keywords in the top 10 and site health. Clicks always come with their impressions, never as a click-through percentage.
RankingsYour Google position for each tracked keyword, in bands: Top 3, 4–10, 11–20, 21–30 and Not in top 30. A change counts only keywords checked in both weeks.
Site auditThe pages Goppa read on your site, usually from your sitemap, and the issues found, by severity. Site health is the share of pages without errors.
Keyword opportunitiesSearches you could rank for.
CompetitorsThe sites you compete with on Google.
BacklinksThe sites that link to you.

Fixes

Two kinds of work: steps for you, and changes the plugin makes on your site.

To do

Your next steps, one action each. A step turns Done when Goppa can check it from data: the site check, the site audit, the plugin or Search Console. When nothing can check it, Mark as done shows it as Reported by you, never as verified.

The fix queue

On plans with SEO, Goppa writes SEO fixes and you approve them in the workspace. The plugin writes them on your site only with SEO fixes turned on in WordPress. Each fix goes through these stages:

StageWhat it means
SuggestedGoppa wrote the fix. It waits for your approval.
Approved · waiting for the pluginYou approved it. The plugin writes it on its next hourly check.
Applied by the pluginThe plugin reported that it wrote the field.
Checked liveThe latest complete site audit, run after the change, no longer finds that problem on the page. A later audit can find it again. Category descriptions, and replacements proposed from Search Console data, have no audit check.

Other states: Not written (the plugin did not write it), Undo requested, Undone, Kept: you edited it and Rejected.

Approved is not applied, and applied is not checked live. Each fix has a timeline with the times that were recorded, and nothing else.

Undo removes only what Goppa wrote. If you edited the field afterwards, your text stays (Kept: you edited it). For an approved replacement, undo puts your previous text back. Like writing, undo needs SEO fixes turned on.

Reports

The Monthly report covers one calendar month.

  • Work delivered, in three boxes: By the plugin (what it wrote on your site), By Goppa (measurements, audits, site checks and fixes proposed) and Reported by you (steps you marked done). The boxes are never added up.
  • Results, in two groups, each with its own period: Google for the calendar month, and AI between two comparable measurements, with their dates. AI says Not measured when that comparison does not overlap the month.
  • Work and results sit side by side. The report never says that the work caused a result.
  • The CSV export and the printed report carry the month.
