Goppa is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. This page says exactly when you get your money back, and how.
Change your mind, and you get your money back.
| Plan | Full refund window |
|---|---|
| Yearly | 30 days from your first payment |
| Monthly | 14 days from your first payment |
After that, a yearly plan is refunded for the months you have not used. See section 3.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller shown on your invoice and on your card statement, and it issues the refund. We ask them; they pay it.
You can request a full refund of your first payment within the window above. You do not need to give a reason.
Why the yearly window is longer. Goppa measures your visibility once a month, and changes to how AI assistants answer take weeks to show up. Fourteen days would give you a single measurement to judge us on. Thirty days gives you a baseline and a second reading: the comparison is the product.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this is at least as good as your statutory right of withdrawal, and nothing here removes that right.
You are not locked in. Cancel whenever you like and we refund the part of the year you have not used, charging the months you did use at the normal monthly price, because the yearly discount is for a full year.
Worked example. You paid €350 for a year of Radar and cancel after 4 months. Four months at the monthly price of €35 is €140. We refund €210.
We round in your favour: a part-used month is not charged.
Monthly renewals are not refunded by default, because you keep access for the whole period you paid for. Cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of that period. You are never charged for a month you did not want.
We do refund a renewal when:
Three things are our job, and we owe you a refund if any of them did not happen, whether it is month 2 or month 11:
This clause has no deadline and no cap. Tell us what did not happen and we refund the affected periods.
AI assistants not recommending you is not a service failure. We measure whether they mention your business, we show which pages they read, and we publish the technical fixes. Nobody controls which brands a model recommends. We say so on the pricing page, in the product and in our published research, where stores with a perfect technical score still appeared in 0% of measured answers.
We would rather tell you this before you pay than promise a placement we cannot deliver. If a company promises you position in AI answers, ask them to put it in their refund policy.
Write to contact@trygoppa.com from the email address on the account, or use the Paddle buyer help centre. Include the invoice number if you have it.
We reply within 2 business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancel from the plan page inside your Goppa account, or from the link in any Paddle invoice. Cancelling a monthly plan stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund of the period already paid. On a yearly plan, tell us you are cancelling and we calculate the refund under section 3.
