Four steps, once

1. Download your install package. In your Goppa account, open Settings, then Install on many sites, and click Download install package. It is the Goppa WordPress plugin with your account's install key inside.
2. Install it from ManageWP. Use ManageWP's bulk plugin install with upload a .zip file, pick the websites you want, and install with activation on.
3. Each site connects by itself, in the background, usually within minutes and always within the hour. No Connect click per site and no token to copy.
4. Work from one Goppa workspace. Every site appears in your account: run the AI visibility check, approve the fixes the plugin applies, and send the report.

What the plugin does on each site

• Serves an llms.txt written from the site's own pages.
• Writes the robots.txt lines for AI crawlers and the Content-Signal, without overriding a block the site owner set.
• Completes the structured data AI assistants and Google read, and works next to Yoast, Rank Math, AIOSEO and SEOPress.
• Sends new and changed pages to Bing through IndexNow.
• Counts visits from AI crawlers and clicks that come from inside an AI answer.

Safe to hand to ManageWP

• The key only connects a site that proves, from its own home page, that it is the site asking. A copy of the package cannot pull a site that is already in your account.
• Each download makes a new key. Older packages stop connecting new sites; sites already connected stay connected.
• Sites count toward your plan's site limit. A site over the limit waits and connects by itself once there is room.
• The copy of the plugin on WordPress.org never connects on its own: only the package from your account does.
